Thyssen & Co. GmbH – a Company in the Course of Time
Every success story begins with an outstanding idea, coupled with determination and courage. August Thyssen had these qualities and in 1871 laid the foundation stone for today's industrial group in Mülheim an der Ruhr. 150 years later, in 2021, Thyssen & Co. GmbH celebrates its 150th anniversary and during this time has developed into a leading global service company. The Group now consists of 24 companies and 11 branches in Germany and abroad.

Versatzabsperrbauwerke Bergwerk Elbingerode
Ziegel – Ziegel – Ziegel! - Besser könnte man eine unserer aktuellen Baumaßnamen nicht beschreiben.
Für die Lausitzer und Mitteldeutsche Bergbau-Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (LMBV) bauen wir zwei Versatzabsperrbauwerke im Bergwerk Elbingerode und benötigen dafür knapp 17.000 Stück der 'roten Normalformäter'.
Untertägiger Aufschluss einer Kalksteinlagerstätte in Wülfrath
Im Juni 2023 beauftragte die Rheinkalk GmbH, ein Unternehmen der weltweit tätigen Lhoist Gruppe, THYSSEN SCHACHTBAU mit Errichtung und Betrieb eines untertägigen Kalksteinabbaus im Werk Flandersbach. Am 12.12.2023 wurde nun der erste Abschlag geschossen.
Almina Mine Raisebohrprojekt in Portugal
Erstes Projekt für die THYSSEN SCHACHTBAU IBERIA LDA.
Um die Position als führende europäische Bergbauspezialgesellschaft auch auf der iberischen Halbinsel zu stärken, wurde im Dezember 2023 die neue Gesellschaft THYSSEN SCHACHTBAU IBERIA LDA mit Sitz in Lissabon gegründet.
