TOO SCHACHTBAU Kazakhstan is a joint subsidiary of the two German companies THYSSEN SCHACHTBAU GMBH and SCHACHTBAU NORDHAUSEN GmbH. The aim of the Kazakh company is to offer specialised mining services of all kinds locally. The planned services will focus on the sinking, development and reconstruction of shafts. In addition, other alignment work such as roadway drivages and crosscuts are also to be emphasised as core tasks.

Our construction division TS BAU GMBH, located in Jena (Thuringia) and Riesa (Saxony), has been active since the mid 1990’s across the nation. Services provided include civil engineering, mainly the construction of disposal sites, roads, and railways, underground engineering, demolition, waste recycling, underground mining, pipeline construction, pipe drainage, pipe laying, and water line and sewer rehabilitation, all using specialised technology.

TS Technologie + Service GmbH is a state-of-the-art plant engineering and construction company that offers a range of consulting and implementation of new technology customized to our customers and their needs. The main business segments of the company within a comprehensive portfolio are engineering and welding technology, machining, repair, assembly, structural engineering, crane and gate maintenance, electrical engineering and engineering.

OLKO-Maschinentechnik GmbH hase built an international reputation for the production of shafting-winding equipment and building materials. OLKO has recently developed a strong presence in Eastern Europe as well as China.

For over 50 years, EMSCHER AUFBEREITUNG GMBH has been active in the PCI Coal (pulverized coal injection) industry, which has become increasingly important, as prices for coke, crude oil, and gas have risen. With the operation of six grinding mills at the production location in Duisburg the EMSCHER AUFBEREITUNG has unique experience in the various procedures, especially in conjunction with the varying types of coal and oil coke around the world, which are used for the grinding and drying process.

The Thyssen Schachtbau Immobilien GmbH administers the real estate inventory of the THYSSEN SCHACHTBAU Corporation across Germany for their own, as well as for external requirements. Included in this portfolio are mainly office buildings and workshops, but also land and industrial sites. 
For many years TSI has invested in several modernisation and rehabilitation projects in the fields of climate and environment protection, for example the economic utilization of a photovoltaic plant on the existing roofs of the industrial area Sandstraße in Mülheim an der Ruhr, which is with 320 kWp one of the largest plants in the region.
Maintenance and modernisation measures are performed by a well-rehearsed team, quick and non-bureaucratic in cooperation with the resprective service providers with excellent connections to indrustry and trade.
